Job Description
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the heavy equipment sector.
- Understand client needs and provide solutions tailored to their business requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure competitive advantage.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction.
- Travel to provinces as needed to meet clients, explore market conditions, and strengthen regional sales.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in heavy equipment or automotive sectors.
- Strong understanding of the Cambodian heavy equipment and trucking market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
