Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the heavy equipment sector.
  • Understand client needs and provide solutions tailored to their business requirements. 
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to ensure competitive advantage. 
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless customer service and satisfaction. 
  • Travel to provinces as needed to meet clients, explore market conditions, and strengthen regional sales. 
  • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction and retention. 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably in heavy equipment or automotive sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Cambodian heavy equipment and trucking market. 
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
