Job Summary

The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote Mercedes-Benz products and services in the Cambodian market. This role involves conducting market research, managing marketing campaigns, and analyzing marketing performance.

Job Description:

  • Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze market data and provide insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop and maintain the Mercedes-Benz brand identity in the Cambodian market.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
  • Oversee the development and production of marketing materials, such as brochures, advertisements, and digital content.
  • Manage the creation and management of content for social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and the Mercedes-Benz website.
  • Analyze digital marketing metrics and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and the Mercedes-Benz brand.
