Job Description:
1. Customer interaction
- Greet customers and listen to their vehicle service needs.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up on progress.
- Clearly explain repairs, costs, and timelines.
2. Service Coordination
- Liaise between customers and technicians.
- Ensure all service work is authorized and documented.
- Monitor vehicle progress and update customers regularly.
3. Sales Support
- Recommend additional services, maintenance packages, or parts.
- Promote service offers or loyalty programs.
4. Problem Solving
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction post-service.
5. Documentation
- Prepare service orders, invoices, and warranty claims.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic automotive knowledge.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Organization and attention to detail.
- Computer literacy (scheduling & billing systems).
