We're on the lookout for the pear-fect Full-Time Store Manager to lead our Sunshine Plaza team. Someone to motivate our Boosties and make sure every customer receives our incredible Boost vibe when they visit your store. We need a leader who will run the business like they own it, execute a high level of day to day operations and develop their Boosties to be the next generation of leaders, whilst ensuring a fun and welcoming environment.

What are we looking for in a Store Manager?

• Store Management experience in retail or hospitality preferred, but not essential
• Team leadership experience
• Ability to train and develop a team
• Fast learner with a great attitude
• Passionate about people leading and creating culture!
