Site Supervisor

Direct Report : Project General Manager

Job Responsibilities

- Lead site team including subcontractors and technicians to deliver projects' challenges on time, within budget, and at a high quality standard
- Review and understand scope of works for new and refurbished stores
- Setup and monitor planning for project implementation
- Lead site meetings, take minutes of actions for all sub contractors to follow, and monitor closely those actions
- Perform QA/QC role by conducting regular inspections
- Provide feedback on designs for future projects' improvement
- Liaise with franchisers to submit and get approvals for new store opening
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to get the work done effectively and efficiently
- Comment on subcontractors' submissions
- Prepare QA/QC report, weekly progress report and compliance reports for management
- Feedback on subcontractors' performance
- Perform other duties that set by supervisor

Job Requirement:

'- Bachelor degree in architecture, engineering, or interior design
- At least 3 years in site supervision role
- Experienced in design or QS is a bonus
- Knowledge of design software including AutoCAD, Sketch up, or other 3D modeling tools
- Experienced with F&B store design is a plus

Travel Requirement

Travel to job sites in town and provinces
