  • Ensure to have good mechanical knowledge sound on Agriculture Equipment machinery
  • After receiving the Work Order from Supervisor/Manager, ensure to call verifying based on description in WO before trip (if job to be performed outside of Workshop).
  • Ensure to request your borrowed parts for Work Order(s) assigned and all potential parts sales after call(s) before travelling on same or following day.
  • Make sure your service car is serviced regularly and maintain in good looking & running conditions at all time.
  • Assist and being a driver for the Senior Tech
  • Ensure your service tools are kept clean, maintain in good condition usage, and audited monthly by Tools Keeper and Manager.
  • During trip, ensure to send out daily report and tech timesheet to Admin and Direct Line immediately after each visit to customer(s) (especially on any concern or challenge they raised in order to take action to turn the situation around).
  • Locate root causes of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems, using precision measuring and testing instruments, and estimates length of time required to complete a job and likely consequences of failure to complete work within required timescales.
  • Ensure all work is undertaken to a high quality standard and adheres to all quality standard regulations.
  • Work within 55 (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) methodology to maintain workplace to a high standard.
  • Offer packages such as Maintenance Contracts, and talk to customers about our current promotions (if any).
  • Refresh training and educate the customers on how to optimize the operations and maintenance their product well, as well as the benefits of using genuine spare parts & RMA labor as required.
  • Ensure you are improving the technical and communication skills week-after/Week, as well as follow the training plan set by the Company
  • Train, being mentor, provide leadership, and assistance to less experienced technicians and apprentices
  • Willingness to perform any extra tasks or assignments as advised by Managers
  • Responsible for a daily/weekly/monthly sales target for both Parts & Labor Sales to achieve the overall budget of the Workshop within own area of responsible.
