About the job Head of Accounting Shared Services

The position will be responsible for the operations of the accounting department, from reviewing policies and improving processes, managing the day-to-day activities and transactions, dealing with the internal / external auditors and managing and developing the teams efficiency for all the Group accounting function.
To be considered, you must meet these minimum requirements.
- Around 8 years of experience in accounting function, with at least 3 of those years in a team management role.
- Experienced from the audited firm especially from big 4 (CPA is preferred).
- Track record in successfully developing and managing an efficient team
- Track record in successfully implementing and managing change (people and processes)
- Fluent in written and verbal communication in Thai and English
