Reporting Line: Managing Director
This role is to provide one to one support to the Managing Director of EFGH performing administrative duties and clerical duties.
Scope:
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone call. screening phone call enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Meeting and greeting visitor all level of seniority
- Manage Dairies and organize meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the line Manager
- Booking and arranging travel , visas, transport and accommodation . occasionally, travelling with the line manager to take note or dictation at meeting or to provide general assistance during the presentation
- Organize events and conference
- Reminding managers/executive of important tasks and deadline
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports , presentation and correspondence
- Managing database and filling systems
- Implementing and Maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
-Collating and filling expense
Job Requirement
- Bachelor Degree in any related filed
- Experience not required if the candidate has the right attitude, potential and work ethic
- strong sense of responsibility and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- proficient with Ms.Office
- Impeccable written and oral communication skill in English or Khmer
- Readiness to be contacted out of office hours
- handling confidential matters with discretion
