Job Description

  • Research potential vendors
  • Compare and evaluate offer from suppliers
  • Negotiate contract term of agreement and pricing
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Review quality of purchased products.
  • Enter order details (e.g vendors, quantities, price) into internal databases
  • Maintain update records of purchased product, delivery information and invoice.
  • Prepare report on purchases including cost analyses
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Logistics, or relevant fields
    1-2 years of related work experience
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, policy and systems
  • Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
    Proficient in the relevant management software program
  • Good both written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
  • Great organizational and planning skills
  • Able to identify market trends and make decision in a fast-paced environment
  • Accurate and precise attention to details (follow teams specifications and requirements)
  • Excellent networking and time management skills
