Job Description
- Research potential vendors
- Compare and evaluate offer from suppliers
- Negotiate contract term of agreement and pricing
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Review quality of purchased products.
- Enter order details (e.g vendors, quantities, price) into internal databases
- Maintain update records of purchased product, delivery information and invoice.
- Prepare report on purchases including cost analyses
- Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Automotive Logistics, or relevant fields
1-2 years of related work experience - Solid knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, policy and systems
- Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Proficient in the relevant management software program - Good both written and verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Great organizational and planning skills
- Able to identify market trends and make decision in a fast-paced environment
- Accurate and precise attention to details (follow teams specifications and requirements)
- Excellent networking and time management skills
