Position: Procurement Officer

Location: Vientiane Capital, Laos

Job Responsibilities

• Managing purchase order (PO) and procurement schedule to follow delivery with suppliers and receiver (SMT warehouse team)
• Creating PO and communicate with local/oversea suppliers for the orders and shipment
• Doing goods receive note by PO after the shipment confirmation received from the warehouse team (month end closing)
• Monitoring the orders including communication to RMA office team logistic department concern to shipment schedule and arrival and the monitoring payment for suppliers with accountant/finance team concern to the payment or/and follow up if any cases over due date of payment
• Coordinate with internal team for stock availability and requirement.
• Monthly updating pricelist of inventory local @ internal drive data pricing
• Doing file saving record and updating quarterly @ internal drive data
• heck report from internal team for maintenance and shipment while supporting documentation for mid-year and end of the year- Internal and external auditors
• Sourcing Food and Non Food to supply requirements of operation team for LTO promotion of each brand
• Souring local suppliers for marketing product, maintenance and gas and request quotation and report for supplier performance
• Doing survey local market for inventory prices in local (monthly)
• Other ad hoc as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• At least High Diploma or Bachelor Degree
• At least 1-2 years relevant working experience preferably in purchasing
• Experiences in documenting payment and coordinating with Suppliers, Procurement, Finance and Accounting
• Good English knowledge, written and spoken
• Good interpersonal skills, leadership, responsibility
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
