About the job Chinese Key Account Manager

  • Preparing Materials in Chinese version and generating more sales and achieve the KPI
  • Maintaining the existed customers for better relationship
  • Obtaining new opportunity from the new investment in Cambodia
  • Liaising with the clients to support the clients in term of their demands.
  • Promoting new products and service to our existed customers
  • Contacting the customers to understand the situation and their pain points with solution
  • Developing more clients in term of Chinese clients 'demands
  • To find out other suitable products for the market
  • Arranging BTL and ATL marketing to promote the brand of our products for Chinese community
  • Conducting product demo/case study/Chinese VIP Dinner and Seminar for the clients
  • Set up KPI and achieve the target on sales volume
  • Build up an strong Key Account teams working together with other department
  • Assisting on Chinese materials such brochure, training materials translation, etc for the clients
  • Developing more useful products for new investors.
  • Developing more Chinese Key Account clients
  • Maintaining the existed clients and supporting the clients
  • Improving better customer relationship
  • Laisse with Chinese and local organization or commerce on marketing image.
  • At least 70% of the time travelling nationally.

++ JOB REQUIREMENT

- At least bachelor degree level in Sales/Marketing or Business Development
- Extensive knowledge of Automobile/Machinery operation and application
- Over 3 years experiences in Sales/Marketing or Business Development
- Native in Chinese/Local Chinese Speaking, Fluent in English speaking and writing, Khmer is a plus
- Cambodia Driver's License for the vehicle and can travel and handle jobs by yourself.
- Integrity and hard-working always with positive and solution-solving mindset.
- Must be easy-going and good at efficient communication.
- Adopting the new environment fast and willing to learn in new field.
- Results-oriented and aggressive for good performance.
