I- Job Description
Human Resource Responsibilities:
- HR Strategy Development: Align HR strategies with the plants operational goals to support overall business objectives.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Oversee the hiring process, including recruitment, onboarding, and training programs to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, including safety regulation and employment laws.
- Performance Management: Administer performance management systems, including compensation, benefits, and employee evaluations.
- Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, wellness activities, and communication strategies.
- Payroll Processing: Handle payroll for plant employees, including calculating hours, managing overtime, and addressing payroll discrepancies.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor HR metrics like turnover rates and absenteeism, and use this data to improve HR process.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Responsible for HRIS administration and maintenance.
- Plan and participate in Division Talent Management and Succession Review.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Administrative responsibilities:
- Administrative Operation: Oversee daily administrative tasks, including managing office supplies, office equipment, and facilities to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Access Control: Managing and maintaining access control systems to ensure that only authorized personnel can enter restricted areas.
- Security Protocols: Implementing and enforcing security protocols to protect the plants assets, including equipment, materials, and intellectual property.
- Surveillance: Overseeing the installation and maintenance of surveillance systems, such as CCTV cameras, to monitor plant activities and deter unauthorized access.
- Incident Reporting: Coordinating with security personnel to report and investigate security incidents, ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to prevent future occurrences.
- Emergency Response: Developing and implementing emergency response plans to handle security breaches, natural disasters, or other emergencies
- Vendor Verification: Verify the credentials of vendors and contractors to ensure they meet security requirements before granting them access to the plan.
- Scheduling Visits: Coordinate and schedule visits from guests, including clients, vendors, and other stakeholders, ensuring that their visits align with the plants operational schedule.
- Logistics Coordination: Arrange transportation, accommodations, and other logistical details for guests to ensure a seamless visit.
- Preparation: Ensure that the plant is prepared for visits by coordinating with relevant departments to arrange tours, presentations, and meetings.
- Hospitality: Provide hospitality services such as refreshments, meeting room setups, and any special requests to make guests feel welcome.
II. Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree: A bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field is usually required.
- Experience: Typically 5-7 years of experience in HR management, preferably within manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of Employment Laws: Understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Have ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 auditor certifications
- Certificate demonstrates and/or Advance of HR management and best practices.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
- Conflict Resolution: Proficiency in resolving workplace conflicts, and maintaining harmonious employee relations.
- HR Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze HR metrics and data to make informed decisions and improve HR process.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with employees and management.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve HR related issues effectively
- Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage multiple HR tasks and projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Training and Development: Experience in developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills
- HR Software Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and systems to streamline HR operations.
