Role Overview:
As an Administrative Officer at RMA Energy, this person will play a vital role in supporting the Clean Energy team. This position combines organizational expertise, coordination, and administrative skills to ensure smooth operations in advancing renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Serve as a personal assistant to the General Manager, managing schedules, appointments, and communications to ensure effective time management and coordination.
- Document Management: Create and maintain filing systems (both digital and physical), ensuring compliance with ISO 19001 standards.
- Logistics & Coordination: Organize travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistical needs for team members and stakeholders.
- Communication & Reporting: Prepare professional communications, including memos, emails, meeting minutes, reports, and other correspondence.
- Administrative Efficiency: Manage bookkeeping tasks and general administrative work to support daily operations and streamline processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Knowledge of ISO 19001 standards.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
- Proactive, systematic thinker with a knack for creative solutions.
