About the job Sales Consultant (Sihanoukville)
After Sales/Administration
- To be well respond to enquiry (proper questions to ask, and proper answers)
- To ensure the good booking services to LTA and existing customers
- To keep follow the hotels and online booking to get more booking
- To response to new customers (email, call, etc.) with a proper contact management and build good relationship with existing customers
- To keep track daily result and propose immediate action to improve rental sales (less than 12 months)
- To consolidate and understand all cases/deals status
- To generated accurate report daily, weekly, monthly within deadline
- Attend Daily briefing.
Sales/Marketing
- To generate monthly top 10 bookers and hotels to do courtesy visit/entertain with Direct Line Manager and GM
- To understand customer profile who can have LTA, accurately update their move and bring to discuss daily for any concern or opportunity
- To identify prospects and opportunities for Sales
- To provide real time market update to team for faster response to market changes.
- To work closely under supervision of Sales Manager to achieve Short & Long -Term Rental Sales.
- To coordinate with Rental/Leasing Team to exchange knowledge and information related to the market.
- To coordinate with admin and fleet to ensure the best services to customer.
