+Job Descriptions: 

- Act as a 'subject matter expert' in your area of expertise, sharing that knowledge with your team and colleagues.

- Act as an advocate for the company, promoting it internally and externally. This includes creating and managing any social media to 'share, like and comment' on the company's published content.
- Representing the company in the recovery process to enhance recovery performance and productivity.
- Ensuring effective company recovery operations contribute to both short-term and long-term strategies.
- Having a comprehensive understanding of asset financing business and its nature.
- Implementing strategies to improve the recovery team's performance and achieve KPIs.
- Investigating and negotiating with NPL customers (Late 90 - 360 days) to settle overdue amounts or secure property.
- Investigating all write-off clients (Over 360 days) to seize the property.
- Analyzing relevant regulations, laws, and procedures to resolve recovery cases.
- Handling repossessed assets including vehicles, tractors, heavy equipment, and other equipment.
- Initiating legal proceedings and sending court letters to NPL customers.
- Providing judgment, managing legal proceedings, and following up on court cases.
- Collaborating with local authorities, agencies, municipal police, and courts to locate and repossess assets.
- Working closely with company lawyers to handle clients, issue letters, negotiate special agreements, and oversee relevant tasks.
- Restructuring plans for NPL clients experiencing reduced income.
- Willingness to travel to 25 cities and provinces.
- Undertaking other tasks relevant to the recovery function and disciplines.
- Delivery a result of revenue stream for the company
- Provide a cost optimization on recovery activities
- Arrange budget annually
- Interact with internal groups of RMA (Ford, Johndeere, HED, ChangAn, Piaggio, Jaguar Land Rover, etc.) and discover a good methods to sell repossessed asset for recovery.
- Cooperate with internal collection team, sale team and support team to
identify the good ways of recovery.
- Interact with external lawyer, court, police, local authority, etc.

+Job Requirements: 

- Travelling to all province of Cambodia.
- Travelling to abroad for further meeting, training and introduction with BSP and RMA Group.
- A least bachelor degree of law, business, management, marketing, banking and finance or communication.
- Can work under pressure; negotiate skill after taking legal action against customer.
- Understanding banking and finance sector.
