Overview and purpose of the role
The Financial Analyst at RMA Group is responsible for analyzing and presenting management report, actual performance analysis and power Bi report updates. As such, this role is a key contributor to the Group Finance Controlling team located in Bangkok, responsible for the areas of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for distribution entities supporting Distribution Financial controller at RMA Group.
Key Responsibilities:
Actual analysis and reporting:
- Review actual results before accounting close the actual in the system
- Analyze and monitor inventory report, AR/ AP report on monthly basis
- Prepare and present monthly/ yearly analysis for actual & forecast/ budget presentation
Management report preparation:
- Support to prepare the monthly/ yearly analysis for actual & forecast/ budget presentation
- Analyzing current and past financial data and performance for the management reporting/ presentation
- Submit management report with commentary and highlight concerns from finance side with business updates
- Budget forecast P&L and Balance sheet data input in solver system to download report for management reporting
- Continuous improve on the Budget input template and work with division to ensure timely budget producing as well as required forecast following Group and company standard.
- Update and analyze the cash flow analysis for 6 months
Prepare presentation for AAH Circle meeting:
- AAH Circle meeting presentation preparation, consolidation and reporting twice a month supporting Automotive Managing director
Update current Power BI reporting dashboard:
- AAH flash report update in Power BI which is used for AAH management reporting
- Other report: create new format for reporting as per request
Other ad hoc support:
- Prepare Business case to support new business as per request from Management
- Continuous improving the current business process by working closely with Accounting, Treasury and Sales team
Background and Experience:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 4 years of work experience in relevant field.
- Good communication skills.
