Overview and purpose of the role
The Operations Specialist at RMA Group is responsible for all current operational processes and policy. This role is a key contributor to the Operations team of our GFS Thailand business, located in Bangkok. This position will be working with Operations Planning manager in aligning current operations and explore possibility of operational process improvement with future business plans.
Key Objectives:
- Maintain current operational process and policy. Coordinate and communicate with all relevant parties for all requirements and process changes in a timely manner.
- Work with department manager to execute process to align current operations and explore possibility of operational process improvement to align with future business plans.
- Assist Department manager in ensuring the credit risk requirement and renewal schedule is fulfilled, e.g. Bank guarantee, Trade credit insurance, Wholesale insurance.
- Explore and provide marketing intelligences information, including local financial services information, process and technology solution in the market or other financial services that can be the input for the company to make improvement.
- Maintain numerous of OEMs, Sub-Dealers and Vendor accounts and ensure they are up to date.
- Maintain administration of all system access, grants authorization to systems and applications as per identified segregation of duties.
- Maintain relationships with OEMs, Vendors, Sub-dealers. Serves as a liaison to resolves issues on Operational related with them and company.
- Maintain current Dashboard/ KPI report. Works with department manager for further developing and providing report and analysis to management up on request.
- Participate in new projects development to expand business opportunity and revenue.
- Support other ad-hoc assignment assigned by Manager.
Background and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, or the equivalent fields.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Operations.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Must be fluent in Thai language (Reading, writing & speaking). Basic English language knowledge is also required.
- Process oriented, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to create and analyze reports.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
