Key Objectives:
- Develop and manage a range of technical and process controls, leading a program of continuous improvement in response to changing IT Infrastructure needs.
- Establish and maintain clear and measurable IT Infrastructure strategic plans, budgets and targets, and robust operational procedures that deliver measurable service improvements and ensure high standards of performance and compliance.
- Define and maintain IT Infrastructure policies across the Group that address the needs of the Group in line with relevant industry standards.
- Drive and deliver change to the Group's IT Infrastructure systems, processes and procedures by continuously analyzing and reviewing new IT Infrastructure technologies and practices based on industry best practice.
- Report to senior management groups on IT Infrastructure matters/incidents.
- Provide leadership and oversight of effective information and IT Infrastructure risk management.
- Lead on development and delivery of measures and metrics to support the assessment, reporting and ongoing improvement of the IT Infrastructure strategy.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and business units to manage changes in technology and policy that could impact productivity.
- Lead IT asset management team to ensure assets full lifetime cycle value is achieved.
- Responsible for designing and troubleshooting the Groups global network, across multiple time zones of IT services to meet the functional objectives of the business.
- Develop and manage on-premise and cloud services, delivery services such as Directory Services, Network, Email, Website/Application back-end, Backups, Desktop Platform, Service Desk, Printing, Telephony, Internet Connectivity and Access Control.
Background and Experience:
- At least 3 years managing others in an IT environment, supporting internal servers, networks, and 3rd party cloud services.
- Excellent experience with MS Office 365 Services.
- Demonstrate a track record of successfully leading, developing, and motivating a team.
- Good commercial acumen to ensure the development of solutions meets stakeholders needs.
- Native Thai language capabilities with good English communication skills.
