About the job Group IT Operations - Assistant Manager (Infrastructure)

Key Objectives:
- Define and maintain IT Infrastructure policies across the Group that address the needs of the Group in line with relevant industry standards.
- Drive and deliver change to the Group's IT Infrastructure systems, processes, and procedures by continuously analyzing and reviewing new IT Infrastructure technologies and practices based on industry best practice.
- Report to senior management on IT Infrastructure matters/incidents.
- Assist with leadership and oversight of effective information and IT Infrastructure risk management.
- Assist on development and delivery of measures and metrics to support the assessment, reporting and ongoing improvement of the IT Infrastructure strategy.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and business units to manage changes in technology and policy that could impact productivity.
- Assist IT asset management team to ensure assets full lifetime cycle value is achieved.
- Responsible for maintaining the Groups global network, across multiple sites/time zones of IT services to meet the functional objectives of the business.
- Assist with management of on-premise and cloud services, delivery services such as Directory Services, Network, Email, Website/Application back-end, Backups and Internet Connectivity.
- Enforcing Group IT Policy and standards, conduct audits, identify trends, determine system improvements, implement change.
- Deputize for the Group IT Operations Manager.
Background and Experience:
- At least 3 years managing others in an IT environment, supporting internal servers, networks, and 3rd party cloud services.
- Excellent Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, MS Office 365, and FortiGate knowledge.
- Demonstrate a track record of successfully leading, developing, and motivating a team.
- Good commercial acumen to ensure the development of solutions meets stakeholders needs.
- Native Thai with good English communication skills.
