Material Planning Responsibilities:

· Plan and manage logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, and customer services to ensure efficient and effective supply chain processes.
· Direct, optimize, and coordinate the full order cycle, ensuring goods and services delivered on time and at the right cost.
· Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to maintain strong relationships and ensure smooth operations.
· Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
·Warehouse Management: Arrange warehouse space, catalog goods, plan routes, and process shipments.
· Resolve any arising problems or complaints related to supply chain management.
· Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce to meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets.
· Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements.

Logistics Responsibilities:

· Plan and manage logistics operations (in & outbound), including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
· Negotiate and manage contracts with logistics providers and ensure compliance with service agreements.
· Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
· Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and transportation.
· Identify opportunities to reduce logistics costs while maintaining service quality and efficiency.
Production Planning Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement detailed production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize manufacturing efficiency and costs.
· Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components required for production by coordinating with the procurement team.
· Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing processes, tools, and human resource requirements.
· Design and optimize workflows to enhance production efficiency and minimize costs.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Liaise with sales, marketing, and product development departments to accurately forecast future production needs and adjust plans as necessary.
· Implement and manage production planning software and systems to enhance visibility and control over the production process.
Procurement Responsibilities:
· Create and implement procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
· Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure the best quality, price, and delivery terms.
· Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
· Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
· Analyze market trends and conditions to identify opportunities for cost savings and improved procurement practices.
· Identify and mitigate risks associated with the supply chain and procurement processes
Other
· Utilize Material Requirements Planning to manage material planning processes and ensure data accuracy.
· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material planning, Logistic, PD Planning processes and add value to the business
· Prepare and present regular reports on material planning performance, including inventory levels, supplier performance, production and sales requirements.
· Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching and support to achieve departmental goals.
· Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, legal regulations related and ISO requirements.
