Legal and Compliance
- Handle registeration process and compliance of Company's food & beverage stores with relevant authorities, including Minstry of Commerce, General Department of Taxation, Minstry of Tourism, Ministry of Health, Minstry of Labor and Vocationnal Training, Minstry of Interior, Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, Ministry of Environment etc.
- Keep record of company's license and permit for the food & beverage business.
- Handle regulatory compliance for closing stores with the relevant authorities.
- Ensure the compliance and other filling necessary for the bussiness operation in accordance with the local law, including commercial law, labor law etc.
- Keep up to date with the new requirement from the relevant authorities for the operation of the company
- Keep good communication, relation and network with relevant officials, espcially in regard to the inspection by the authorities. This include the ability to travel to provinces where our stores are located.
- Checking and processing of signboard with RKS and the GDT
- Assist to review and process the construction permit with the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction/related government department
- Work with EDC for any electricity related mater
- Asst supervisor in reviewing legal documents/agreements of the company.
- Asst supervisor in draft and review official letters and legal documents to/from third parties (landlords, suppliers, customers) etc.
- Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
=>Working Experince : minimum 2 years professional work in legal and compliance related filed
- Legal knowledge, specially regulatory compliance and business registration/filling for food business and compliance with labor law Computer skills : Power point, Excel, Power BI, etc.
