About the job Training Manager

Reporting Line : General Manager


Responsible for overseeing the day to day training in the business as well as writing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures. He/she will also be working closely with the in-store teams to identify training needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


Deliver the detailed training program for all employees/store across the business.
Work closely with in-store teams to identify any training requirements and shortfalls.
Creating and delivering training content to fit within brand standards.
Creating and writing SOPs for all activities across the business.
Managing and supporting all employees online/offline training records across the business.
Creating new training content.
Delivering training both in person and remotely when required.
Creating and delivering training plans and SOPs.
Developing SOPs to ensure the smooth operational running of the business.
Developing Training material/SOP to ensure the alignment and 100% as required from Franchisors
Train/build and develop in store talent pool and succession Planning to ensure the talent pipeline in the store/brand

FINANCIAL  RESPONSIBILITIES

Training Budget Plan and execution

TRAVEL REQUIREMENT


Require to go oversea for training and then traveling from store location to another location in the base country

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or other relevant
  • >5 years of experience in Training and Development
  • Good Presentation and Communication Skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Self driven, confident and passionate about the restaurant industry
