Job Description:
- 'Representing the company in the recovery process with the aim of enhancing recovery performance and productivity
- Ensuring the effective functioning of the company's recovery efforts to align with both short-term and long-term strategies.
- Having a solid understanding of asset financing business and its nature.
- Learning strategies to improve the performance of the recovery team and achieve KPIs.
- Investigating and negotiating with late customers (Late 60 360 days) to settle overdue amounts or secure property.
- Investigating all write-off clients (Over 360 days) to recover the property.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in debt recovery to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- Handling repossessed assets such as vehicles, tractors, heavy equipment, and other equipment.
- Initiating legal proceedings and sending lawyer and court letters to NPL customers.
- Providing judgment, managing proceedings, and following up on court cases.
- Collaborating with local authorities, agencies, municipal police, and courts to locate and repossess assets.
- Working closely with company lawyers to address client issues, issue letters, negotiate special agreements, and manage relevant tasks.
- Restructuring plans for NPL clients experiencing reduced income.
- Willingness to travel to 25 cities and provinces.
- Undertaking other tasks relevant to the recovery function and disciplines.
Requirement:
- Travelling to all provinces of Cambodia
- Travelling to abroad for further meeting, training and introduction with BSP and RMA Group
- At least bachelor degree of law, business, management, marketing, banking and finance or communication.
- Can work under pressure, negotiate skill after taking legal action against customers
