Job Description:

  • Lead the after-sales team to provide excellent customer service and technical support. Ensure timely resolution of customer issues, complaints, and inquiries.
  • Manage and mentor a team of after-sales representatives and technicians. Set performance targets, conduct evaluations, and provide ongoing training and development to enhance team capabilities.
  • Develop and implement best practices for after-sales processes. Continuously review and refine procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Conduct follow-up communications to ensure their needs are met and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the technical support function, including troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of products. Ensure that technical issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Manage warranty claims and product returns in accordance with company policies. Ensure that processes are clear, efficient, and customer friendly.
  • Monitor and analyze after-sales performance metrics, such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as sales, product development, and quality assurance, to address customer feedback and improve product offerings.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and programs for customers to help them effectively use and maintain their products.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical Engineer, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in Customer Service, Electrical Engineer or Sales.
  • Solid understanding of automotive accessories and aftermarket products.
  • Proven experience in managing a team and overseeing multiple service operations.
  • Strong customer service orientation with experience in managing customer relationships and handling complaints.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and the local language.
