About the job Technician-HED
- Have a good understanding of truck & heavy equipment operation.
- Know how priority task
- Work closely with team to complete the task
- Know how to explain to the customers about their product issues and solutions.
- Work directly with the customers on phone or face to face about their truck and heavy equipment issues.
- Book their schedule with the customer for maintenance and repairing.
- Monitor, inspect and repair the customers truck/heavy equipment in workshop.
- Go on site to inspect and repair the customers truck/heavy equipment.
- Provide daily and weekly maintenance guideline to the customer after completing the job.
- Solve all kind of customers truck & heavy equipment issues as well as complaint.
- Update daily and weekly result to service admin.
- Do other tasks assigned by superior.
- Update the customer payment to Phnom Penh accountant
- Closely track on the customer AR
