• Diagnostic Technical level achievement in premium brands

• Excellent diagnostic skills and proficiency in all repair work

• Be team orientated and lead by example

• Hold current up to date training records

• Provide technical support to other technicians

• EV training/certification is highly regarded

• In difficult diagnosis situation, provide advice to other level technicians

• In case of recurring complaints, provide active support to the Service Advisor in clarifying the work order and in the vehicle handover

• Support on case by case basis for diagnosis and qualification of the job

• Direct order clarification and vehicle return discussions with customers in special cases such as repeat complaints

• Work closely with workshop manager in the context of order disposition and personal management.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

JRs

• Associated Degree in automotive, or other related field.

• At least 1 year experience in car repair or related field.

• Knowledgeable in diagnostic.

• Knowledge on electrical or electronic systems.

• Knowledge on breaks & heating and air conditioning.

• Knowledge on engine performance & engine repair.
• Basic communicate for both of English and Khmer in verbal and written communication.
