Oil Business Supervisor

-Understand all lubricants Business in Cambodia market
-Identify, Recruit and Negotiate with new prospected location
-Organize regular trip to lubricants distribution to seek with more deals
-Develop strategy in order to achieve target of lube business
-Coordinate with training/technical team to provide standard training program related to technical/sales
-Follow up and collect payment based on sales contract
-Supervise lubricant distributions
-Control credit sales in line with company's location
-Prepare necessary reports to manager.
