Job Description:

  • Responsible on issuing daily invoice from After-sale team and Sale person. Collect money from customer. Update daily report. Cash in money at the bank. Follow up who overdue the payment. Collect invoice from OSC and process payment with AVR. Deliver original document to head office.
  • Establish marketing goals to ensure market share and provide leadership to archive the targeted number of branding and enquiry for sale team.
  • Plans and oversees the dealership's advertising and promotional activities including print, electronic and direct mail media.
  • Develop and execute monthly marketing activities, marketing plan and programs, both short and long-range, to expand the dealership, product and/or service.
  • Create the creative content digital marketing such as video, poster, storyboard for promoting brand awareness; and oversees digital market trend for development
  • Creates and prepares all print advertising, radio and TV commercials, direct mail pieces, in-store point-of-purchase merchandising aids, interior and exterior signs, off-site displays, news releases and stories.
  • Works with the dealer and general sales manager to develop upcoming ad campaigns.
  • Acts as liaison with the manufacturer regarding merchandising.
  • Achieves satisfactory of targeted share of market performance,
  • Researches, analyzes and monitors the market opportunities and to minimize the effects of competitive activity.
  • Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs, media placement, and merchandising policy.
  • Prepares marketing and other reports and presents them to dealership management.
  • Develops surveys and other marketing tools.
  • Tracks marketing results to be certain that marketing objectives are achieved within designated budgets. Takes corrective action when necessary.
  • Attends monthly managers meetings.
