About the job Parts Counter/ Stock Controller
Job Description (JDs)

Assist customers in selecting and purchasing parts.

Place special orders for parts as requested.
-
Read and interpret relevant manuals to determine the correct type and specifications of parts.

Provide accurate pricing and product information to customers.
-
Issue parts to the service department and body shop.
-
Order out-of-stock parts requested by customers.
-
Assist with inventory control and stocktaking.
-
Meet departmental productivity and profitability targets.
-
Answer telephone calls promptly in accordance with dealership guidelines.
-
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment.
-
Participate in required training programs.
-
Accurately record working hours in the company timekeeping system.
-
Follow Safeguards rules and regulations.
-
Demonstrate the Companys Core Values.
-
Comply with all Company policies and procedures.
-
Support the Workshop Supervisor, Sales Team, and Service Team as required.

Assist in resolving customer concerns when necessary.
-
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements (JRs)
-
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
-
Basic English communication skills.
-
Experience in inventory management.
-
1–2 years of experience in a related field.
