Assistant Supervisor ( HEC ). Service

Key Responsibilities

The main role of the position is to be responsible for the on-site activities and oversees the performance of Technicians and Assistant Technicians under his command.

• To follow the orders from Supervisor- Genset.
• To manage Genset workshop and the property in this workshop.
• To control the tools used by his staffs.
• To monitor the maintenance works.
• To follow the maintenance schedule done by his supervisor.
• To collect the reports and information from Genset maintenance team and pass it to supervisor for record and analysis.
• To assist the Genset maintenance team if they have the problem at site.
• To conduct site inspection and make the report of site inspection.
• To prepare monthly report for customers if requested.
• To perform other relevant tasks as required by Supervisor.

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or equivalent.
2. Some working experience with Genset.
3. Some management skills.
4. Good interpersonal skills.
5. Team spirit.
6. Computer literacy.
7. Fluency in English and Khmer language.
