Direct Report : Report and Planning Manager


Functional Responsibilities:

  • Ensure to calculate the monthly marketing & call center allocation correctly
  • Help reporting and planning manager to delivery month-end financial reports of each brand
  • Produce franchisors report
  • Assist reporting manager with quarterly Console pack
  • Produce Cost analysis report (Material & Price)
  • Assist reporting and planning manager for preparing variances analysis reports comparing actuals against budget and revised budget forecasts with commentaries highlighting achievements and variances
  • Input RPT into TM1 by 9th -EFG Group; 15th with other related parties
  • Assist reporting and planning manager to produce Excom presentation for GM/CFO by day 20 of the following month.
  • Review dimension accuracy
  • Comment PL with Last year and Last month for GM requested
  • Assist Finance Manager to prepare, consolidate, update annual budget and revise budgets in accordance with the group target, set objective and timeline
  • Liaise with all heads of brand to ensure budget are drafted, discussed, reviewed and finalized in timely manner
  • Review the approved budget/ revised budgets into report templates and upload into TM1 & LSNAV
  • Support Head of Brands’ sale report template
  • Assist Bangkok team for PBI sale update
  • Request Bangkok team to create store location in LSNAV twhen there are new stores.
  • Support costing team on month end closing (Run COG & analysis cost for store)
  • Produce other report as requested by CFO, FM, GM...
  • Support and provide document to internal & external auditor if request.
  • Support tax accountant provide document if request.
  • Involve with annually employee survey
  • Adhoc tasks from manager
  • Team management, training & development

Job Requirement


  • University degree, preferable with an Accounting major and professional qualification. MBA or ACCA is an advantage.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3-year experience in accounting.
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft office, MS Excel and reporting tools (Power BI)
  • Good communication
  • Experience in the Food / FMCG business is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of integrated ERP Systems.
  • Good command in both spoken and written English
  • Strong commitment
  • Pro-active, initiative, responsible and a team player activity to prioritize works to reach deadline
