About the job Collection Officer
Responsibility
- Daily extract bank statement & Wing transactions for allocate those payment in system.
- Allocate monthly payment from customers and posting in system.
- Calculate pay off amount based on customer's request and double check with senior collection officer to insure that data are correct.
- Check and verify balance loan late from 1-15 days for payment.
- update payment report.
- Phone call to customer for feedback payment.
- Coordinate and recheck with junior for their working result.
- Other Task is assigned by Manager.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Major Business and Accounting
- 1- 2 experience in Accounting & administration work.
- willingness to develop, ability, and faithfully.
- Good both English and writing skill.
- Strong commitment and willing to work under pressure.
- Computer skill including MS word, Excel , Outlook.
- Good communication and problem solving for customer's request and complaint.
- Well attention is needed to observe the job duties.
