About the job Collection Officer

Responsibility

  • Daily extract bank statement & Wing transactions for allocate those payment in system.
  • Allocate monthly payment from customers and posting in system.
  • Calculate pay off amount based on customer's request and double check with senior collection officer to insure that data are correct.
  • Check and verify balance loan late from 1-15 days for payment.
  • update payment report.
  • Phone call to customer for feedback payment.
  • Coordinate and recheck with junior for their working result.
  • Other Task is assigned by Manager.

Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Major Business and Accounting
  • 1- 2 experience in Accounting & administration work.
  • willingness to develop, ability, and faithfully.
  • Good both English and writing skill.
  • Strong commitment and willing to work under pressure.
  • Computer skill including MS word, Excel , Outlook.
  • Good communication and problem solving for customer's request and complaint.
  • Well attention is needed to observe the job duties.
