Direct Report: HR Manager


Recruitment Officer aim to provide all HR Service in term of on time delivery of recruitment operational and professional staffs

Job Responsibilities:


- Responsible for all aspects of recruitment from operational to professional staff
- Prepare the job offering for operational staff and professional staff
- To ensure that JD has been documented for all roles
- To ensure recruitment request has been approved and in number of approval headcounts
- Handle and manage internal and external job announcement
- Responsible for screening short-listed candidate from operational to professional staffs
- Contact all short-listed candidate in regarding to their application and kept them informed including referral program.
- Participate in the recruitment communication , advertisement, sourcing strategies
- Coordinate with recruitment panellist in setting up an interview appointment
- Ensure that all the information related to all applications are input into the system and besides all hard copies are properly maintained
- Ensure that recruitment mailbox is maintained properly
- Conduct the reference checking for all  professional staffs
- Assist in managing and running career fair exhibition
- Assist in employer branding activities to promote and attract talents candidates  
(Build relationship with all reputable university, college and other NGO to promote company image as employer of choice by hunting the outstanding students.)

- Update regularly to line manager for weekly recruitment status and recruitment tracking tool
- Other tasks assigned by line manager

Travel  Requirement:


- This position is based in head office and subject to travel to province to help recruitment as required

Job Requirement:


- Bachelor degree level in any related field
- At least one or two years experience in recruitment junior level
- outgoing personality
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English and Khmer
- Good communication , presentation , negotiation and network skill
- Result focus with ability to take ownership of tasks
- Experienced in employer branding is a plus
