Job Description:

  • Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and potential applications on customer projects.
  • Ensure we continually refine and develop our product portfolio, acting as a conduit back to the management team providing knowledge and feedback of client-required enhancement and future needs based on an extensive knowledge of our client and their products.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Principle/ Competitor development and technical advance.
  • Identifying appropriate training and staffing requirements to meet both existing and future needs.
  • Execute sales plan to target all Products and Target prospects with a view to developing ongoing relationships as a key supplier of customers.
  • Preparation of quotations to all customers In line with company policy and directives. Responsible for all sales executives' quotations and all will need a From General Manager.
  • Preparation of operational, capital budgets, and sales forecasts as required and activity striving to meet targets.
  • People management: responsible for the organization and performance of a growing team of sales personnel.
  • Sell in the consultative sales solution manner with the Partnering approach.
  • Develop pricing models for competitors across the various industries we operate.
  • Assist in the implementation and operations of Group projects and business as necessary.
  • Meet and exceed sales volume Key performance indicators (KPI)/Objectives.
  • Report, any tasks assigned and assist the General Manager.
  • Collaborate with the sales and Marketing terms.
  • Closely liaise with the Aftersales and other departments as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with major dealerships and dealership organizations.
  • Activity engages with Industry, Government, Non-Government & Private related organizations.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales, marketing, or a related area.
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of machinery is the best.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Language Proficiency in both English and Khmer in verbal and written communication.
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
