  • After receiving the trip plan from AFS Admin for next week, ensure to call verifying based on noted made by Admin to call concerned customers
  • Ensure to request your stock refill weekly to store (following par-level set) and all potential parts sales after calls for next week by every Friday evening
  • Make sure your car is services regularly and maintain in good looking & running condition at all time
  • Ensure your service tools are kept clean, maintain in good condition usage, and audited monthly by tools keeper and manager
  • During trip, ensure to send out daily report to Admin and Direct Line immediately after each visit to customer and business partner (Especially on any concern or challenge they raised in order to take action to turn the situation around)
  • Listen and understand the reasons of each customers who don't use our parts or service, and develop an action plan for each customer with support from the Admin & Workshop Supervisor/Manager to address these challenges and increase our parts & labor sales each customer
  • Similarly, increase sales to customer who do already use RMA for parts or service labor
  • Offer packages such as maintenance contracts, and take to customer and talk to customers about our current promotions (if any)
  • Ensure you are improving the technical and communication skills week-after-week, as well as follow the training plan set by the Company
  • Refresh training and educate the customers on how to optimize the operations and maintenance their product well, as well as the benefits of using genuine spare parts & RMA labor
  • Willingness to perform any extra tasks or assignments as advised by Managers.
