Job Description:
- Lead and manage a team responsible for the recovery of non-performing loans and write off clients.
- Representing the company in the recovery process to enhance recovery performance and productivity.
- Ensuring effective company recovery operations contribute to both short-term and long-term strategies.
- Possessing a deep understanding of asset financing business and its nature.
- Implementing strategies to improve the recovery team's performance and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Investigating and negotiating with Non-Performing Loan (NPL) customers (Late 90 360 days) to settle overdue amounts or secure property.
- Investigating all write-off clients (Over 360 days) to seize the property.
- Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and best practices in debt recovery to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
- Managing the repossession of assets including vehicles, tractors, heavy equipment, and other equipment.
- Engaging legal procedures and sending court letters to NPL customers.
- Providing judgment, managing legal proceedings, and following up on court cases.
- Collaborating with local authorities, agencies, municipal police, and courts to locate and repossess assets.
- Working closely with company lawyers to handle clients, issue letters, negotiate special agreements, and oversee relevant tasks.
- Restructuring plans for NPL clients experiencing reduced income.
- Willing to travel to 25 cities and provinces.
- Undertaking other tasks relevant to the recovery function and disciplines.
Job Requirement:
- At least bachelor degree of law, business, management, marketing, banking and finance or communication.
- Master degree is preferable.
- Travelling to all provinces of Cambodia
- Travelling to abroad for further meeting, training and introduction with BSP and RMA Group.
- Understanding legal process and Cambodia law.
- Investigation and negotiation skill.
- Understanding banking and financial sector.
