We are looking for an Accounts Specialist, working in our Agricultural vehicles division, based out our offices in Bangkok. Description of the responsibilities as per below:

Responsibilities

  • Payable Management: Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including Invoice and Credit note & Debit note verification.
  • Receivable Management: Oversee the end-to-end account receiveable process, including AR aging verification, payment receive processing, and Sub-Dealer management.
  • Bill placements, and follow up past due accounts with sub-dealers and invoices due - OEM & other suppliers and making payment plan & get approval to pay
  • Processing- Reconciliation: Perform periodic reconciliations of AP accounts to resolve discrepancies and ensure accuracy
  • Processing claimed amounts, such as defect claim, warranty claim, service claim. Create internal memo to issue credit note to sub-dealers.
  • Maintain the completeness and correctness for Statement of Accounts
  • Forecast in/out flow of cash, cash flow planning with Finance & Controller
  • Receipt: T/R management
  • Work collaboratively with other accounting staff and departments to ensure smooth financial operations and support overall business goals.

Background and experience

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, or the equivalent fields, 5-10 years operational experience
  • Excellent Communication and organizational skills, process oriented ,attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of the registration process of vehicle imports with Department of Land Transport.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken
