About the job Lift Sales Executive

The main role of the position is to be responsible for prospecting the customer and assisting the Elevators & Escalators Section Manager and Sales Manager in their commercial duties.

  • To prospect new customers and follow up existing customers.
    Capable to deal with new customer, Strong communication and good presentation skill is required.
    To Prospect any new and existing customers in order to achieve the sale target given by the section/Division manager.
    To Update and report weekly the project pipe line to the Division manager.
  • To establish first contact with new customers.
  • To detect customer needs and prepare commercial proposals accordingly.
  • To argue/negotiate features and benefits of Kone products, and overcome objections.
  • To close sales, preparing the contract and ensuring it is signed by the customer.
  • To ensure on-time payment collection related to the signed contract.
  • To follow up weekly project status & weekly ahead planing for customer visit.
  • To deal with Customer services.
  • To assist the Section Manager to manage the stock of spare parts
  • To assist the Section Manager to follow up all the PO for lift order to the supplier.
  • To assist the Section Manager to follow up all the pending invoices and the payment collection plan from client.
    
    To prepare marketing plan, if required by division manager.
  • To perform other relevant tasks as required by Section Manager

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical engineering or any equivalents.
Have experience in sales.

Associate Degree in business or marketing.

Good interpersonal and Management skills.

Ability to communicate fluently in English language.

Solid skills in using MS Office and MS Windows.

Knowlege somes of accounting and Inventory.

Knowledge of business Enviroment and Innovation or Creative thinking.

Able to work with the team.

Able to work under pressure.
