About the job Marketing Manager

Job Description:

1. Understands the features and benefit of Stellantis Products offer (Vehicles, Service costs and plans, warranty, accessories). And how these compare with other premium automotive brands.
2. Uses an understanding of the offer and the Stellantis products by each brand to develop a distinctive and compelling sales proposition for corporate customers.
3. Formulate annual marketing plan and annual budget while also ensure plan execution.
4. Keep the information of automotive industry updated and actively seeking feedback and input from Sales Team for marketing activities and competitors' information.
5. Understands and uses a range of local marketing activities (e.g. Events, Advertisements, Fliers, Website page, Driving events) to develop new business including developing relationship with advertising agencies, media and key stakeholders to promote public image of Stellantis.
6. Researching, tracking and updating the management on all political and economic issue in Cambodia, mainly related to automotive industry as well as changes in the competitive environment for vehicles in Cambodia.
7. Purchasing and Inventory control of branded stationary, giveaways and other premium items.
8. Lead and coach marketing and sale team in order to carry out the plan by creating and implementing product training.
9. Regular reporting of marketing activities and competitors' activities to the management.
10. Enthusiastic for keep learning of company process and standards, technical knowledge, market knowledge, competitors.
11. Analyses sales and marketing metrics and Research market to identify new opportunities.
12. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report as required.
13. Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels.

Job Requirements: 

1. 3-5 years in Automotive Marketing or equivalent experience.
2. Experience with marketing campaigns and social media platforms.
3. Excellent in communication (Verbal, written, listening, and presentation).
4. Well organized when working under pressure.
5. Able to demonstrate problem solving with high quality independent.
6. Change management skills, excellent team player, Training and Coaching skills.
7. Excellent at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook email).
8. Specialist in the report.
9. Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to execute in high-transparency situations under bold, and sometime changing schedule.
10. Outstanding skills in organizing, analyzing, negotiating, and relationship building across diverse multi-functional global team.
11. Deep understanding with marketing analytics, metrics tracking for large integrated campaigns.
