Overview of the Role:
The Parts Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting the parts business function for our Agricultural business located in Bangkok. The role involves managing key aspects of parts operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction, while supporting internal teams in achieving their operational targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage parts inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.
- Support the parts team in meeting business goals and customer demands.
- Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely availability of parts.
- Analyze parts usage trends and provide insights for stock planning.
- Coordinate with internal departments to improve processes related to parts operations.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in parts management.
Background and Experience:
- Strong background in automotive parts operations or related fields.
- Proven experience in managing inventory and working with suppliers.
- Knowledge of parts systems and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Additional Details:
This role is based in Bangkok and may require occasional travel to support operations in other regions or to meet with suppliers.
