Job Description:

. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring a positive customer experience.
. Maintain high standards of showroom cleanliness, presentation, and inventory management.
. Manage showroom staff to ensure efficient and courteous service.
. Manage the after-sales service operations, including warranty claims, repairs, and maintenance.
. Ensure timely and efficient resolution of customer complaints and issues.
Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve overall satisfaction.
. Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, including sales revenue, profit margins, and expenses.
. Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve profitability.
. Prepare regular financial reports and forecasts.

Job Requirement: 

. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
. 3 or 5 years experience in the field.
. Proven experience in brand management, sales management, and retail operations.
. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
. Visiting dealerships, suppliers, or corporate headquarters.
. Attending industry conferences, trade shows, or seminars.
. Conducting market research or competitor analysis.
