Job Description:
- Rental Consultant station will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets for Long Term Rental by contacting and building good relationships with Customers in order to understand their needs and provide car rental services beyond their expectations.
After Sales/ Administration. - To ensure an accurate weekly planner (3 existing and 2 new targeted customers).
- To process bookings and ensure the services are delivered smoothly to customers.
- To do customer presentations at least 2/week meetings with targeted customers.
- To respond well to customer's inquiries (proper questions to ask, and proper answers with Knowledgeable).
- To keep track of daily results and propose immediate action to improve rental sales (more than 12 months).
- To generate accurate reports daily, weekly, monthly, and customer talk within the deadline.
- To consolidate and understand all cases/deals status.
- Attend Daily /Weekly/ Monthly Meeting Sales/Marketing.
- To ensure a good business relationship with customers esp. under the scope of long-term Rental (more than 12 months, with or without a driver).
- To generate monthly top 10 customers (LT) and do courtesy visits/entertain with the Direct Line Manager and GM.
- To understand customer profiles who can have LTA, accurately update their move, and bring to discuss daily for any concern or opportunity.
- To provide real-time market updates to the team for faster response to market changes.
- To assist the admin team in case collection is needed.
- To follow up and update the customer's AR during the AR meeting every Friday.
- To work closely under the supervision of the Sales Manager to achieve long-term rental sales.
- To coordinate with the Rental/Leasing Team to exchange knowledge and information related to the market.
- Coordinate with admin and fleet to ensure the best services to customers.
- Be able to respond to the team's request on time.
- To respond to new customers (email, call, etc.) with proper contact management and build good relationships with existing customers.
- To have the best relationship and at least two coffee talks per week with other salespersons of Interco divisions in RMAC.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to provinces and attend frequent networking events.
- Strong knowledge of the business environment.
- Commitment to continuous learning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
