The Senior Marketing Executive is the gatekeeper for all marketing-related matters, managing all jobs and deliverables that enter and leave the Group Marketing department. The position is essential in maintaining an efficient workflow, delivering to the highest quality standards, and collaborating with all stakeholders.
Functional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Be a brand custodian of RMA Group corporate identity and guidelines
- Manage workflow and set up systems to do this
- Create and follow up to-do lists for the design team and maintain job status reports
- Archive all work on SharePoint and prepare regular marketing reviews
- Provide qualified opinions based on research on marketing issues and consult with stakeholders
- Manage corporate marketing activities such as monthly newsletter, automotive sales collateral, company and HR announcements, and press releases, etc.
- Participate in budget planning, tracking and control of expenses
- Handle procurement and purchasing procedures
To be considered, you must meet these minimum requirements.
- Around 5-7 years of experience in managing marketing initiatives in a corporate environment
- Track record in successfully developing and maintaining CI materials
- Advance usage of creative suites and other design tools
- Good written and verbal communication in Thai and English
