Job Description:

  • Execute sales activities and manage daily sales deal status in Odoo-CRM. Oversee direct expense reporting and expand the sales network within the assigned area to achieve the set objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with RMAs policies and procedures across the responsible district(s).
  • Provide guidance to the sales team throughout the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Coach and mentor the sales team on key areas, including prospecting, product features and benefits, deal closure, time and territory management, negotiation, product knowledge, and overall productivity improvement.
  • Establish and monitor annual sales department benchmarks and budgets, aligning them with the organizations financial and operational objectives.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by understanding current and future customer expectations (Customer Talk), and collaborating with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns.
  • Lead the sales team to fully understand and utilize manufacturers products and programs, achieving satisfactory market share levels.
  • Promote a collaborative and accountable work environment in the assigned district(s), encouraging open communication, teamwork, and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Safeguard the company's reputation and image, ensuring alignment with RMA/AED Integrated Core Values. Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders to avoid compromising business integrity.
  • Ensure sound and ethical business practices are implemented and continuously improved to achieve business objectives efficiently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, ensuring professionalism and efficiency in all tasks.
  • This position is based in the recruited district(s) and requires extensive travel (>80%) to engage with prospects and oversee sales activities in the designated area.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of business environment.
  • Effective planning and organizational skills.
  • Minimum of 2 - 3 year of experience in sales or related fields, or fresh graduate.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and close deals.
  • Knowledge of the agriculture and/or heavy equipment industry is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build a professional network.
