About the job Call Center Officer
Job Description:
- Ensure feedback on any customer problems and compliments to the call center division or other appropriate persons.
- Contact customer prior to visit to confirm booking, vehicle information, all division product and other service.
- Ensure a high standard of personal and dealership presentation in all customer facing areas at all times.
- Communicate clearly, regularly and unambiguously with customer and other members of the divisions staff.
- Maintain close dialogue with other departmental staff with who there is interaction.
- To make sure all ticket raise up by customers have been solved on time.
- Call follow up with customer (Inactive customer and active customer) and conduct customer satisfaction survey.
- Complete call reports
- Maintain call center database by entering information.
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor's degree of Sales, Marketing and other relevant majors.
- Fresh Student are encourage to apply
- Can work at night Shift
