About the job CEO Assistant

Responsibility: 
  • Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences
  • Join meeting and take comprehensive minute of meeting and follow up the progress of each task
  • Manage the employer’s calendar and appointment scheduling
  • Run some errands as requested by the employer
  • Compiling company information and analyzing company data
  • Produce PowerPoint Slide presentation for employer’s meeting
  • Act as the first point of contact between manager and internal/external clients via various communication method
  • Filing and arranging manager’s business expenses and travel expenses.
  • Do business analysis 
  • Understand external market environment and summary for CEO

Qualification:

  • Good at English
  • Good at analysis thinking 
  • Have financial knowledge background is a plus advantages.
  • Can work under pressure 
  • Can work with diversity environments
  • Good at Microsoft office
