About the job CEO Assistant
Responsibility:
- Schedule and arrange meetings and conferences
- Join meeting and take comprehensive minute of meeting and follow up the progress of each task
- Manage the employer’s calendar and appointment scheduling
- Run some errands as requested by the employer
- Compiling company information and analyzing company data
- Produce PowerPoint Slide presentation for employer’s meeting
- Act as the first point of contact between manager and internal/external clients via various communication method
- Filing and arranging manager’s business expenses and travel expenses.
- Do business analysis
- Understand external market environment and summary for CEO
Qualification:
- Good at English
- Good at analysis thinking
- Have financial knowledge background is a plus advantages.
- Can work under pressure
- Can work with diversity environments
- Good at Microsoft office
