Heavy Equipment Operator

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange the equipment for operations on time
• Efficiently operate the equipment following defined objectives
• Maintained complete logs and reports regarding the on time, number of hours operated, fuel consumed, repair reports, etc.
• Check the heavy equipment before operation (Using Log book)
• Keeping the equipment cleanness and safety material are in place
• Clean and check the heavy equipment before handover to next operator
• Regularly looked after the maintenance of equipment, and ensured the proper working of safety procedures
• Report to management if something are usual regarding the operation and accident
• Following Total and regulation, policy and MEMO
• Participating in the meeting and training as arranged by Management
• To operate heavy equipment (excavator, roller, backhoe loader, etc.) within Phnom Penh and in provinces
• To take care and manage the operation of equipment
• To check the equipment daily using log book
• Develop and maintain relationship with client
• Keep update the competitors on overall driver movement and plan
• Give customer satisfaction
• To Travel to provinces and to join technical training if needed

Education Knowledge and Requirements

• High school
• At least 2 year experience in excavator, roller, backhoe loader, etc. field, and 25-50 years old
• Teamwork
• Listening, Understanding and Responding
• Planning and Organizing
• Problem solving
• Cambodian Nationality with Cambodian Identity Card
• Can read and write Khmer
• Family Book/Resident
