Mixing Room Supervisor

• Supervise process of paint mixing

• Manage the entire operation of mixing room according to the required standard

• Provide technical trainings to the team and customers

• Order paint and other substances

• Control stock and mixing materials

• Keep the system and report up to date

• Ensure that the finished product is of the highest standard

• Conduct testing and quality control

• Ensure standard and safety in the mixing room

• Be able to understand and promote sales aspect and selling points of the product to the customers

• Support sales team with technical equiry and co-create training schedule with sales team

• Advantageous to have completed courses/programs in automotive body repair
experience in paint mixing and mixing room management
