Technician

1. Performs general plumbing and electrical work and determines when further attention is required.

2. Performs general civil works, touch up painting, repair tiles crack, repair roof leakages.

3. Minor electrical work and repairing of electrical switches, lighting system, electrical equipment ect...

4. Responsible for cleaning tasks, rubbish removal and overall maintenance of the store facility.

5. Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks.

6. Identify and report the need for major repairs.

7. Routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues when necessary.

8. Be able all the civil works reparing all the Brands/Stores.

9. Purchasing materials that serve the maintenance purposes.

10. Ensure their own work and time efficiently.

11. Work with other technicians and subcontractors to complete repair/maintenance tasks.

12. Performs other maintenance duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

High school graduate, a certificate in trade school or equivalent work experience|

- Possess appropriate tools to complete each task
- Self-starter and team player
- Ability to prioritize and support multi-functional tasks
- 2-3 years work experience
