Duty of Marketing Executive

To monitor and coordinate marketing related tasks, providing on time support to both internal and external departments that may include but not limited to monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur. Support in the production of ongoing strategies with the goal of maximizing the firm’s profit or share of the market while ensuring customers are satisfied and determine the demand for products and service offered by a company and its competitors and identify potential customers.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist in executing with all marketing communication activities such as writing and proofreading creative copy for all marketing collaterals included but not limited to promotional literature, brochures, leaflet, PR, digital marketing, newsletters, direct marketing, etc.
  • Coordinate the process for event planning, arrangement and reporting.
  • Maintain the continuous awareness of competitive products, pricing and performance for market potential response to customer’s inquiries
  • Monitoring ongoing expense against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
  • Handle and oversee all the company's social media accounts to improve online presence and company's product and service to the market
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement both offline and online marketing activities
  • Promote company products and execute other tasks assign by manager

Requirement:

  • A minimum of 2 years in marketing or related experience.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels.
  • Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices.
  • Knowledge and sound understanding of agriculture products
  • Computer skill with MS office and presentation skill
  • Results driven, able to make sound judgments over competing priorities and good organization and planning skills.
